The Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Trainer to deliver workplace-based training across the UEE qualification. Ideally, you'll also hold an electrical qualification to enhance your versatility and capacity to deliver comprehensive training solutions.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (UEE)
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
• Preferably hold a trade qualification in Appliance Service - (Desired but not essential)
• Preferably hold an additional Electrical qualification - (Desired but not essential)
• Proven experience working within the trade industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring
• Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality, practical training at various workplaces
