YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced Diploma of HR or Business
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Demonstrated industry work history
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow policies and procedures to meet compliance standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality training and conducting assessments
• Creating session plans and training materials, supporting students in blended modes of delivery
• Contributing positively to assessment validation and quality processes
• Providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for students

Your application should include:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Experience working for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
• Diploma of Business or Human Resources
