The Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join our Client Services team as a Sales Support Administrator. In this role, you will be one of the primary points of contact for credit account customers and private group bookings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will be responsible for preparing and managing training and service quotes, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and training teams.

Situated in our brand-new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Murarrie, Brisbane, we foster a vibrant, client-focused culture that encourages innovation and growth. We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our Client Services team and assist in nurturing and expanding our services across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone and email.

Follow up on outstanding quotes to secure bookings and maximise conversions.

Work closely with internal teams to confirm trainer availability, resources, and logistics.

Maintain pricing consistency using internal tools, ensuring competitive and accurate quoting.

Oversee compliance and induction documentation to ensure a seamless training experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in client services, sales support, or administration in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and training teams.

Proficiency in Google suite.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for process improvement.

RTO experience is preferred but not essential, as full-time training and development within the role will ensure the successful candidate is educated across all Pinnacle’s safety training and service division offerings.
