RTO Account Manager
Axial Training is one of NSW’s fastest-growing RTOs, delivering accredited apprenticeship training across a range of trades. Since 1997, we’ve been on a mission to ensure nobody misses out on an education - and we do it with exceptional customer service and flexible, on-site workplace training.
Now, we’re on the lookout for an outstanding Account Manager to join our team and make a real impact!
What’s the role all about?
As an Account Manager at Axial Training, you’ll be the face of our brand in the Central West Region, managing existing client relationships while uncovering exciting new business opportunities.

What you bring to the table:
- Proven B2B sales and service experience - ideally within an RTO, GTO, or AASN.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering top-tier customer service.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A professional, go-getter attitude with a passion for success.
