RTO Compliance Officer

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Support RTO and CRICOS clients through registrations, audits, and ongoing compliance
• Deliver client consultations and assessment validations
• Review and prepare training and assessment documentation
• Track projects using our internal systems (Unicorn, ClickUp, SharePoint)
• Maintain clear communication with multiple clients and deadlines
• Operate within our strategic EOS framework – you’ll have goals, clarity, and support

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in the training sector (RTO and/or CRICOS)
• Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs and the National Code
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110)
• Diploma of Quality Auditing
• Experience in roles such as Trainer/Assessor, Compliance Officer or Training Coordinator
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Teams, and client management systems

• Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011 or equivalent)
• TAEASS502 or similar (Assessment Tool Design)
• TAELLN411 (LLN skills)
• Experience using ClickUp or SharePoint
• Familiarity with CRMs or SMS platforms
