Enable College, a leading training provider in South Australia, is seeking passionate and experienced Trainers and Assessors in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to deliver high-quality, student-focused education in a supportive and collaborative environment. In this role, you will facilitate engaging training sessions, assess student competency through practical and theoretical methods, develop and review learning resources aligned with industry standards, and implement Training and Assessment Strategies tailored to diverse learning needs. You will also mentor students, monitor their progress and wellbeing, contribute to compliance, validation and audit processes, and support continuous improvement across the RTO. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in ECEC, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), and brings strong industry experience along with excellent communication skills. In these roles, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for students in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through practical and theoretical assessments.
  • Contribute to the development and review of training materials aligned with industry standards.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports student success.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to help students achieve their career goals.
  • Implement Enable College’s Training and Assessment Strategies with a focus on ECEC.
  • Create personalised training plans to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Administer assessments and provide constructive feedback using approved tools.
  • Monitor student welfare, attendance, and progress, reporting to the RTO Manager.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to compliance and validation processes.

Role Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Proven industry experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
