We service the Arboriculture, Horticulture, Telecommunications, Rail, Mining, Renewable Generation, Thermal Generation, and Electrical Transmission and Distribution sectors.

We are a fast-growing company with a dynamic and diverse team, embarking on an exciting phase of expansion locally and internationally. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Training Delivery Team at our Head Office in Bayswater, Melbourne. This role offers an immediate start and will continue on an ongoing basis until December 2026.

About the Role

This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales and delivery of both short courses and accredited qualifications by ensuring the timely preparation, printing, and distribution of training materials. The position is responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and efficiency, while supporting trainers, participants, and internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Printing, collating, and preparing course materials for upcoming courses, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating logistics with trainers and external courier companies to ensure materials are dispatched and delivered on time.
  • Monitoring upcoming course schedules to proactively plan printing and distribution requirements.
  • Maintaining stock levels of printing supplies and course materials, and reordering as required.
  • Ensuring all completed assessments are scanned, named correctly, and securely uploaded to the student management system (aXcelerate).
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process and system enhancements and assisting with implementation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the training and operations teams.
  • Delivering responsive and professional support to internal stakeholders and participants as required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed

Skills and attributes

  • High attention to detail, data, process and compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Flexible and collaborative.
  • Intermediate computer skills including MSOffice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and experience

  • Experienced Administrator. RTO experience desirable but not required.
  • Experience using aXcelerate or other RTO Student Management Systems. (preferred but not required)
  • Customer enquiries and support.
  • Detailed administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of the Australian energy industry is desirable but not essential.
