The Role
We are seeking an experienced First Aid Trainer to deliver accredited first aid training to a government client in the Jervis Bay region. This role focuses on professional delivery, learner engagement, and the maintenance of high training standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, and HLTAID009 Provide CPR
• Facilitate practical, engaging training sessions
• Conduct assessments in line with training package requirements
• Ensure compliance with RTO standards
• Maintain a professional standard in a government training environment

Essential Requirements

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
• HLTAID009 Provide CPR
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent minimum requirement)
• Experience delivering training within the VET sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong verbal communication and ability to engage learners
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Highly Regarded

• ADF veteran or experience working within government or Defence environments
• Experience delivering training to structured or disciplined organisations
