Global Health and Management College is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity, overseeing administration, admissions, and student support functions.

Global Healthcare Management College (GHMC) Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and an accredited Vocational Education and Training provider providing high-quality training to students in Australia. GHMC is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) and provides CRICOS registered courses to overseas students. We are focused on providing quality vocational training, enabling students to advance their careers by attaining their training and educational goals.

GHMC delivers Civil Construction Design, Management (Learning), Community Services, Ageing and Individual Support courses, Solid Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling, Stonemasonry, Wall and Ceiling Lining, Project Management and Building and Construction courses, equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their chosen fields. GHMC is dedicated to providing high-quality education to international students by combining theoretical foundations with practical applications. Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Lead the RTO team across, including administrative staff, compliance personnel, and trainers/assessors.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and assessment resources in line with required assessment standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data submission and the issuance of AQF certification documentation.
  • Administer USI processes and ensure reporting obligations to relevant regulatory bodies are met.
  • Review and enhance training and assessment strategies, including quality assurance systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify compliance risks and ensure alignment with current national VET requirements, training packages, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment while building effective relationships with staff, learners, industry stakeholders, and community partners.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Teacher Registration and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Proven experience with leadership within an RTO or similar education setting, including the ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong administrative and compliance skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Solid understanding of State and Federal training funding frameworks, including associated reporting requirements.
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems.
  • A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence (desirable) to enable travel to employer premises and student placement locations..
  • Willingness to complete EREA and legislative screening requirements and to operate in accordance with EREA child protection policies and procedures.
