WISE Employment Training Services are looking for a passionate RTO Business Support Officer to join our team.

The role of RTO Business Support Officer is to provide exceptional administrative functions across accredited and non-accredited activities to support the RTO operations within our Training Services team.

The role will ensure data inputs, course activities and student records meet compliance requirements with the relevant regulatory bodies, including but not limited to, Australian Skills Quality Authority, Government Departments and National Disability Insurance Authority.

You will be responsible for providing information to all prospective customers, controlling the collecting, checking and inputting of all student enrolments and reporting all financial activity for the RTO.

The role of RTO Business Support Officer is a permanent role based in Northern Adelaide, with the option of working either a Full-time or Part-time (4 days, 0.8FTE) arrangement.

To be considered, you must:

  • Have previous experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Have experience in using administrative communication systems and business software systems, including Microsoft suite of programs, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Have previous experience with Student Management Systems (i.e. aXcelerate)
  • Have experience with banking and invoicing processes
  • Experience in preparing data requirements for cyclical uploads and reporting
  • Have effective document management skills
  • Capacity to interpret and recommend process changes for Student Management System data within the RTO to ensure compliance
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in regard to data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Be willing to work in a team environment

The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Crime Check, have the legal right to work in Australia, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and obtain a NDIS Worker Screening clearance prior to being offered a role with WISE Employment.
