About the Role

Full Tilt Training is seeking a motivated and organised RTO Coordinator / Compliance Officer to join our growing training centre. This hands-on role supports the delivery of high-quality training through effective scheduling, administration, and compliance processes, helping create strong education-to-employment pathways for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules and manage student bookings
  • Provide support to trainers and assessors
  • Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in maintaining quality training delivery and student experience

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in RTO administration or coordination (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ASQA, TAC, and RTO compliance requirements
  • Proven experience using LMS and SMS systems (Cloud Assess desirable)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Comfortable working in a growing business where team members support across all areas of the office

  • Must hold valid Australian work rights
