We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RTO Training Administration Officer to join a leading RTO on a permanent, full-time basis.About the RoleAs an RTO Training Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth enrolment and compliance processes for students and trainers. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication are essential.You’ll take ownership of a cohort of trainers, building strong working relationships and becoming their go-to support across administration and coordination.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage student enrolments in the Student Management System (Job Ready) and maintain accurate records (electronic and paper-based)
  • Prepare and issue correspondence, including welcome letters, LLN assessments, enrolment forms, training plans, and surveys
  • Support and coordinate a cohort of trainers, building strong relationships and providing day-to-day administrative support
  • Assist with induction packs, assessment tools, and attendance tracking
  • Liaise with students, trainers, and external stakeholders to coordinate enrolments, inductions, and training schedules
  • Oversee student file management, completions, cancellations, and issuing Statements of Attainment and certificates
  • Support compliance activities, including Smart & Skilled reporting and adherence to NCVER standards
  • Jump in where needed to support the wider team and ensure smooth operations

About YouWe're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous strong administrative RTO experience.
  • Experience using a Student Management System (SMS), e.g. Job Ready or aXcelerate.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
