ACTA Group is seeking a Traffic Control Trainee Trainer who values safety, compliance, and doing things properly, both on site and in training.

About the Role

You’ll support the delivery of Traffic Control (TC) and Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) training while developing your skills as a trainer, working alongside experienced educators.

This role suits operators who want more stability, enjoy sharing knowledge, and understand the importance of correct documentation, assessment, and compliance.

You’ll help students understand:

• Safe site setup, monitoring, and shutdown
• Practical use of the QGTTM and MUTCD Part 3
• Why decisions, communication, and documentation matter on live sites

Trainer Expectations

We’re looking for people who:

• Take safety and compliance seriously
• Understand a trainer’s responsibility and accountability
• Are comfortable with evidence, assessments, and learner records
• Maintain their industry skills and currency
• Take pride in producing confident, job-ready students

What You’ll Need

✔ Traffic Control licence (min. 2 years)
✔ TMI qualification (min. 3 years)
✔ Strong on-road experience
✔ Clear communication and mentoring mindset
✔ Professional, compliance-focused attitude

(Training experience is an advantage, not required)
