Mount Alvernia College is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Compliance and Administration Officer (RTO/VET and Futures) for a part-time, 12-month fixed-term role working three days per week during term time (Wed–Fri, 7:30am–3:00pm) in a job-share arrangement. Reporting to the Head of Futures, Partnerships and VET, the position is central to meeting the College's regulatory and compliance obligations as a Registered Training Organisation while supporting the administration of VET programs and student pathways. Key responsibilities include managing compliance processes, preparing for audits, maintaining accurate student and program records, ensuring adherence to legislative and policy frameworks, and helping coordinate Futures programs, events and post-school pathways initiatives in collaboration with staff, students and families. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, working three days per week during term time (Wed- Fri, 7:30am - 3:00pm). This position works in partnership with an existing staff member in a job-share arrangement to support the administration and compliance of our VET and Futures programs.

At Mount Alvernia College, we are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Compliance and Administration Officer - RTO/VET and Futures to support the delivery of high-quality vocational education programs within a values-driven learning community.

Working closely with the Head of Futures, Partnerships and VET, this role is central to ensuring the College meets its regulatory and compliance obligations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), while also supporting the effective administration of VET programs and student pathways.

This is a dynamic and impactful role for a professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing compliance processes, preparing for audits, maintaining accurate student and program records, and ensuring adherence to relevant legislative and policy frameworks. Alongside this, you will contribute to the coordination of Futures programs, events and pathways initiatives, working collaboratively with staff, students and families to support positive post-school outcomes.
