Automatic Certificate Issuance
RTOPilot takes an optimistic approach to certificates — when a student has met all their requirements, certificates are generated and delivered to their portal automatically. The system handles issuance directly to students, and chases them up for any outstanding requirements so nothing stalls the process.
Certificates, Cards, and Custom Formats
Beyond standard Statements of Attainment, Certificates of Attendance, and VOCs, RTOPilot supports custom certificate types for non-accredited training as well as industry-specific card formats — including White Cards and other safety-critical credentials. If your training needs a card rather than a certificate, the system handles that too.
Public Verification and Bulk Access
Every certificate includes a public verification link so employers and third parties can confirm authenticity instantly. Coordinators can download certificates for their entire team in bulk through the Coordinator Portal, and students can access their own certificates anytime through the Student Portal.
