All system emails contain a link to manage preferences directly. Students choose to receive class updates, reminders, certificate renewals and online learning prompts. Trainers control class reminders and updates. Coordinators choose which corporate booking notifications they receive.
Online Learning and Profile Reminders
Students who have not completed online learning receive automated reminders that certificates are due. Students can opt out of their preferences, and a direct link to the portal is given. These LMS notifications make sure there is progress without manual follow-up.
