Join Our Team as an RTO Administration Assistant! About the role Due to expansion, we are seeking a full time experienced RTO (Registered Training Organisation) Administration Assistant to join our team at Transport Training Academy in Wattleup, WA. This full-time role is responsible for providing administrative and client support to ensure our training courses run smoothly and meet all regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing Maintaining comprehensive student records and managing student data in our student management system (SMS) Processing student enrolments, withdrawals, and deferrals promptly Coordinating the scheduling of student training sessions and assessments Assisting with the administration and preparation of training materials Answer incoming calls and email enquiries and general office administration duties Assisting with the development and review of policies and procedures Auditing student files for compliance Supporting RTO compliance and audit processes Provide a high level of customer service to students and staff. What we're looking for Previous experience within an Administration role, RTO admin highly desirable Minimum 3+ years of administration experience required Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, and exposure to Student Management Systems (Eskilled) highly desirable Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written Australian work rights required for this position About us Transport Training Academy is a leading provider of vocational training in the Transport and Logistics Industry based in Perth, Western Australia.
