Opportunities are available across Community Services, Youth Work, Food Processing, and Early Childhood Education and Care. Applicants must have relevant current industry experience and a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), along with strong communication, organisation, independence and collaboration skills. The role involves delivering and assessing training, engaging students through adult learning strategies, supporting work placements and student recruitment, marking assessments, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Having delivered nationally recognised training to over 100,000 successful graduates we are passionate about educating and empowering people to develop their skills and knowledge.

We are currently looking for:

  • Certificate III Community Services
  • Certificate IV in Community Services & Youth Work
  • Certificate III in Food Processing
  • Certificate III Early Childhood & Education Care

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant and current industry experience for the qualification you are training
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • A genuine love/concern for people and desire to help them change the course of their lives
  • Motivated, energetic, self starter who, can work independently with minimal supervision  
  • Ability to translate industry experience into quality training    
  • Strong personal organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds    
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to gain successful outcomes

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE                        

  • Delivering training and assessment to range of cohorts
  • Using a range of adult learning strategies to engage students
  • Assisting with work placement if required for course
  • Timely marking of assessments in online assessment application
  • Build and maintain relationships with stake holders
  • Assist as required in recruitment of students
