How to Manage Training Resources with RTOPilot

Hey there. So, we're just going to have a quick look at the resources section in RTOPilot and how it can sort of help cut down on your admin team needing to send documents back and forth over email to your trainers and students. So, within the resources tab on the left here, you can really easily upload documents once and make them available either globally or at a course specific level and you can also share them with either the students, the trainers or with both. So how that actually looks for the students. If I jump into the student portal here, this first aid class that I'm enrolled into, I can really easily see the different resources that are available here. We've got this first aid handbook which is specific to the first aid courses and then the student handbook which is you know for all students that are enrolling through our business. And then if I look at the actual trainer portal as well. Similarly, if I see my upcoming classes, I can view the details here. And then in this resources tab, we can see the different resources that we've allocated to this course. So we can see here's the presentation and here's the worksheet that I can really easily download. So essentially what that allows you to do is, you know, cut down on the need for USBs or a specific computer for your trainers. As long as they've got internet access, they can easily download these presentations and deliver it deliver that on the sort of day of training. So, it's a really simple way that you can cut down the admin work for you and your team and avoid errors while also ensuring that the resources are readily available for everyone who needs them.
