How to Run Compliance Reports with RTOPilot

So, it's reporting season in the RTO world. So, I'm going to show you how easy it is to actually prepare an event export in RTOPilot. All you need to do is jump over to our Vetmus exports tab on the left here. And then once you're in here, in the top right, we've got the start export button. You just click that and choose your date period. And then you're pretty much ready to go. So, I'm going to choose 2025. You can either do a quarterly cumulative report or you can do the whole year, which I'm going to do here. And then when I click create, it's basically going to fetch all that data and be ready in a matter of seconds. So because RTO pilot actually validates the data in real time as you go through tools like our real live USI integration feedback for your students and also our Google Maps integration for your address checks. You'll almost have next to no errors come reporting time. So you don't have to deal with the postcode error headache or, you know, chasing up a student who gave you the wrong USI 10 months ago. So, another really cool feature that we've got in the Aventetus exports tab here is this merge exports tool. Essentially, it allows you to actually merge two exports into one single ready to submit file. And that way, you can actually test RTO pilot alongside your current system with almost no risk.
