Can I migrate my data from my current system to RTOPilot?

Yes. Send us your historical AVETMISS files and our team imports them as student, enrolment and completion records, so your students keep their history and certificates in the Student Portal. You can run RTOPilot alongside your current system until you’re ready. Book a migration consultation to walk through your setup.

How long does it take to switch to RTOPilot?

Importing your AVETMISS files usually takes 3 to 5 days. How soon you’re fully up and running depends on how much data you have and how quickly you set up your courses and classes. Our onboarding team manages the process with you.

How much does RTOPilot cost, and can I try it first?

RTOPilot charges a 2% enrolment fee, capped at $5 per enrolment. There are no lock-in contracts or annual licence fees, and you can start free without a credit card.

Is RTOPilot suitable for short course RTOs?

Yes. RTOPilot puts online enrolment, scheduling, bookings, LLND, assessments and AVETMISS reporting in one system, and it works well for short course providers. Book a demo to check it fits your RTO.
